this will be my last post for 2006. 2007 is just tmr!!
MY RESOLUTIONS FOR 2007:
- be more independent so that my parents will not worry abt me.
- concentrate on my studies and get better results.
- be more punctual in handing in assignments. (dear friends pls remind me constantly even if you feel that you are being naggy)
- be more sensitive when talking. sometimes words may hurt/offend ppl when you are too frank.
- more savings, less spendings.
- exercise more often.
- find my Mr Right? i'll have to ask Cupid...
hope the coming year will be a better one.

have been quite busy those few days. nevertheless, the shots i promised will still be coming.

p/s. my bro had a new hp too. so he had to give up the mp3. he reali and was quite happy abt it.
i feel that im a lucky girl. not many ppl receive Christmas gifts, esp when they are not celebrating this occasion.

just now i called to FM 100.3. they are having a 'karathon' every tuesday evening. today's theme is 'snow' and 'rain'. cuz its Christmas season but Singapore doesn't snow and its raining these few days. anyway, this is my first time calling in and they received my call!!! i sang 'snowman'. my favourite winter song since young.
i was happy cuz the DJ praised me!! CHEERS!!! he said i've got a good vocal. lol. quite flattering actually :)
oops! i realised i was doing my work till i forgot abt my presents! will have a good look at them after bathing.

**MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!**
most ppl tot of Christmas as winter, cold, snowing...
but Singapore is unique!! we have our Tropical Christmas!!
Christmas has become quiet, ever since Uncle James moved to 2 blocks away. his family celebrated Christmas every year and we get to join in their parties!! we get lovely Christmas presents too :)
nvm, im still getting my presents too. i'll open them tmr, which is Boxing Day. then maybe i will take shots of my presents.
speaking of Boxing Day, it is also the day when the great tsunami hit many Asian countries two years ago. Singaporeans are a lucky lot...
anyway, i've changed a song to suit the Christmas ambience. hope the 'Snowman' will let us have the feel of snow.

this morning went to Vista Point to meet up with mum. she bought me another outfit!! its pink in colour. i will post the pic nx time:)
going out again now.
UPDATE: i saw LIAM LIAM at the shop when i was trying the outfit. this is the situation:
i came out from the fitting room. the first thing i saw was a head of "poodle curls". then i heard a crow 'arking' to some aunties and my mum's friends. she turned arnd and... OMG. it's reali LIAM!!
i was so fortunate. but luckily she has poor memory which does not enable her to rmb her students. she dun regconise me! well, i asked my mum(aside) if she sees the "auntie". she did not see her cuz she had went into the fitting room to help her son with some clothes. well afterwards when i told her it was the "cleaner" she saw at sch, she said that the poodle is DISGUSTING. lol.
p/s. her son and daughter are lucky. they din inherit the poodle's genes.

im done with the hcl assignment, which the deadline is today. CHEERS!!. the trip to hweetian's hse, as i promised.
when we reached thr, they intended to swim. as i tot we are not going to swim, i din bring my swimsuit. therefore, hweetian is very kind to lend me her home clothes. luckily i still hav a tube(for another top) with me cuz i wore my *** underneath ht's clothes when swimming.
we din take pics for the swim this time.
after our swim and workout at the gym, we bathed and went back to ht's place.

i even brought quite a lot of clothes for the 'costume parade' but in the end they were not needed due to time constrain.

this morning i turned in at 2.30 am and woke up at 11.30 am. exactly 9 hrs of sleep. i've been lacking sleep during the holidays. if my bro had not woke me up, i guess i'd hav slept till noon. it was raining earlier and when i woke up it was still drizzling. i tot it was still 8+ am as the room was gloomy until my bro shouted at my ears "hey wake up now! it's alr 11+!!"
i seldom slept till so late. maybe im too tired. i rmb the last time i slept till 11+ was when i was in P1. i was in the afternoon session and when i return home in the evening, thr are loads of work to do. i always do my work till midnight. my mum even slept earlier than i do.
its getting closer to Christmas now!! let us be high!!

this morning at arnd 6am i was woken up by the mp3's alarm that my bro set the previous night. he set so many alarms, thr was one every 5 mins. from 6am till abt 6.50 am i guess. he counld not even be woken up by the alarm, wat's the purpose for setting so many alarms?
he even set Jolin's 'chun chun yu dong'(sexy lips) as the alarm tone. it was so noisy in the morning. when i was awakened by the first alarm, i ignored it. but who knows, when i dozed off for not more than 5 mins ltr, the alarm went off again! the tone was so loud, especially in the quiet early morning.
i tried to ignore but got frustrated instead. so i took the mp3 and turn off the alarms. it was also at that time that i realised he had been so crazy to set the alarms till the list is full. nevertheless i turned them off one by one.*evil smile*
being woken up, i cnt get back to sleep. so i tuned to the radio and listened to the songs. thr was no DJ at that time so the songs were played non-stop. i discovered that the songs played in early in the morning were nicer than those played ltr in the day. i heard a song but din know its singer and song name cuz thr was no DJ.
anyway, i jus found out that the song is 'bei dou xing' sung by Landy.

these are the neoprints we took. i picked these 3. actually for the small ones i wanted the one with gold backgrnd but i let eyu take it. so the small pic is the same as the first pic u see here. eyu will scan and i will get the pics from her blog. oh yes, i rmb thr's another one with pinkish backdrop which eyu looked nice but not me. thats why i took this pic and she took the other=)
on the actual neoprint my eyes dun look sleepy like this.
eyu dun reali like this shot becuz she closed her eyes. but thr r 3 of this shots so we hav to take anyway.
cool... i love neoprints!! the one with gold backgrnd is without deco. it is not the four that we chosen but it was picked for one of the 2 small pics. i like the pose in that shot.
below are the pics i promised to post the other day.
ytd mum and i met up with dad and bro at harbourfront after bro's health check-up. we went to Vivo City after lunch. it's our first time there. mum said we shud go in dec as more shops hav opened and we hav more to shop.
mum bought two nail polish at Sasa. i saw some necklaces i liked at Diva. the 'LOVE' is quite nice but mum said the 'princess' is nicer. lol. i liked BOTH.
after we shopped at the 2nd lvl, mum and i went to Daiso and bought some stuff thr.
then we went to Causeway Point in the evening. Chris wanted to sign up for a new hp at M1. they had a promotion until this friday.
well, when he told the staff that he wanted to sign for the phone, they said it was OUT OF STOCK!! he was quite disappointed. but its K618i(3G) at $0 with student plan! who can resist such a temptation?
then we shopped arnd. i finali saw the HydraSoft at JL! i hav to curb my expenses for the rest of this month. i've exceeded my budget for the holidays...

went out with hweetian and eyu to Bugis today. i met with eyu at my block to go sembawang to wait for hweetian. we were quite punctual, reached sembawang station before hweetian.
at bugis we spent quite a lot today. to be exact, hweetian spent the most!!! she bought loads of stuff. clothes, necklaces, earrings. eyu and i just spent on rings, food and neoprints.
when we are at the 1st lvl after coming down from 2nd storey, hweetian bought another piece of outfit. after that we walked past siokmin's workplace and talked for a while. then we went to bugis junction to take NEOPRINTSS!! it costed us $11 but we dun mind cuz the pics are very pretty. (i hav no time for the pics tonight. shall load them in the next post, along with my other self-shots.)
after the neoprints, we went to buy food and then shopped arnd. we went to Sasa and tried out the testers. i tink hweetian started it. she applied too much eye glitter on eyu's eyelids and her face was smeared with glitter too. the scene was so funny!!! eyu spent a long time cleaning her face.
while they were busy trying out other stuffs, i found the Fiberwig and asked them to try. it is not a mascara, thou it resembles one. it helps to create a 'false-lash' effect. the more u apply, the longer ur lashes are extended. unlike mascaras, the more u apply, u risk getting ur eyes smudged. we are considering to buy that too.
on the way home, we were discussing abt going to hweetian's hse to have a make-up 'parade' someday. we will bring watever cosmetics we hav to her hse and doll up each other. sounds fun!
ewe is returning from beijing tonight!! hav not seen her for a long time. meet up again soon.

today the monster-lecturer is late for 2 hrs!!! my mum asked me to call him to check if he had forgotten abt today's lecture. i refused to call anyway. all the better if he forgot...
when he arrived he said he was scolding another student earlier. that student is a son of my mum's friend. he did not do his homework since the last session of his lecture almost 1 mth ago.
we intended to go out but in the end cancelled our trip cuz the lecture ended at abt 5+ pm. and the sky was overcast at the same time. curse him!!

this morning mum went out and she bought a dress outfit for me!! althou i was not with her, she chose a colour that i quite favoured. haha. mum knows me best!!

thr's not much time left for me this mth. hav to complete my hol assignments quick. hope to get them done before Christmas. so i hav time to prepare for sch reopening. today is 8 dec. i hav 17 days to complete them. omg. hweetian jus asked me out on monday with eyu.

ytd went to yishun Chong Pang with mum and bro. sis drove us thr before she went to work. actuali she's alr late for work but cuz she will be driving thru that route so she offered to take us thr. she woke up very late in the morning. the alarm cnt even wake her cuz she took sleeping pills given by her doctor.
bought quite a lot of things thr. mum bought me a long-sleeved top and a pair of shorts. at the CK department store i saw SilkyGirl's HydraSoft on offer!! its until 31 dec. how i wish i can get that..
