Baby are you down, down, down, down, down?

CT is officially over for IBZ!

Our course is so awesome that our Common Test period spans less than a day! From 1330h yesterday till 1000h today, that is definitely less than 24 hours. And we completed 2 papers which require quite a bit of memory. But we did it, 'cause we're IBZ! :)

I finally went to submit my iDare application form after IHRM paper today. After that, left school with Charlene, Ewen, and Syikin for L4D2! It's been some time since we last played. Swamp Fever is really difficult to get through. We kept dying, LOL.

My heart shines! Hahaha. =)

Waffletown after EBA paper yesterday! Haven't had it since really really long ago.

2 night ago, attempted the curling method taught by Xiaxue.

I ended up looking like this haha!

And I went to bed as Chun Li! LOLOL.

I like the amount of free time I have on hand now. Quite a number of things I wanna do.

Ohhhh yes. I've something to announce!

I HAVE DECIDED TO START A NEW BLOG!

Yes, I'll switch to blogging on that site once it's done up and functional. Feeling kinda excited about it. Will inform you guys again once it's ready to be shown to the world! ^^

Projects Down!

For the time being. More to come next term.

Yesterday was the deadline of our IP and ITP projects. IP was fine, we wrapped it up days before. ITP was more difficult to tackle, pretty much a killer for us. Lena, Charlene, Ewen, Syikin, Jia Huan and me stayed in school for literally the whole day on Thursday. We only left when the school started switching off the lights and the security began chasing students home. That was about half past 10 at night. So we went home and continued. And finally, our report was completed in the wee hours of the morning! ^^

You would never be able to imagine the kind of relief when we're done with it. We could really peacefully go into deep slumber. But then, I woke up 3 hours later. I could have just skipped EBA lecture to make up for my sleep, but I didn't wanna miss out on the revision lecture. So yea, and there was IP presentation to prepare for.

Oh, and our group was the LAST to go up. So throughout the presentations of other groups, we didn't know if we should sleep or not. I got Tumblr to occupy me. And by the end of everything, we were all like this, =.=.

Anyway just to digress a bit, we were all so tired struggling to finish the report during the night that I actually typed 'Rotterdam' as 'RotterDAMN'! And I didn't even realised it until Ewen told me about it! Retarded mistake LOL.

Projects down, common tests next week! Just started on revision today, thank Rottergod (project group inside joke) we only got 2 papers. Some of my friends have 5 papers like freaking WOW! 1 paper for each module. GG.

And I'll leave you with my awesomeness. As I mentioned, I only slept 3 hours that morning, hence the palpable eyebags! :D

Can't wait to get over and done with the 2 papers! Then I'm gonna work, shop, and go out with family! A lot of things I needa get! Till then for tonight! Nights world. :)

7 Minutes to December 2010

Hi people, time seems to get by even faster as we age. We're entering December real soon. REAL REAL SOON. Like JUST 7 fucking minutes. So I'm gonna spam you with all my awesomeness!

Okay not quite relevant. But you know!

Hmm, not really a lot! I'm kind enough to spare you from having to look at this ugly witch for even longer. Haha!

And it means, there's only 31 days to 2011. Really too fast, man. I haven't had enough time to grow up. But lost time can never be recovered. I've got to make the last 31 days of 2010 really meaningful. :)

Bonjour tout le monde!

Stocked up today. The best baby cereals and rusks. :)

Made French toasts and prata for brunch on Saturday. It was my virgin attempt at making French toasts, not bad eh!

That day morning I woke up and realised Orange fell off my bed again 'cause it's not by my side. And when I was about to stretch my hand to get it up, Hera was resting her head comfortably on it! I just let her be, 'cause this is just too cute.

Deadlines for projects drawing nearer, common test is round the corner too. And soon it will be Christmas! I got quite some stuff to get, hope there will be some free time after CT. I'm looking forward to BAMP as well! Sad that my Slut Mama (aka DaRren) will not be joining us 'cause he'll be at Europe! But there will be other awesome SCOs around! All of us rock the (IM)BA Society!

Don't Want An End To This

So far, the first week of school is over, and I'm back home for a week as well. School schedule seems pretty relaxing for this semester, since we already covered 2 modules in China. ^^ This allows for more revision I guess.

I kinda don't want this October to end, because till now, this has been the best month of 2010 for me. Quite a number of good things occured during this month. And not to mention, all that fun we had in Shanghai, especially the nightlife. PHEBE IS DA SEX! Seriously, I really really enjoy it. But well, time waits for no man. Today will have to go and tomorrow will welcome us. Or rather, we would welcome tomorrow. It's gonna be the last day of this month tomorrow, I'm going to make it worth the while! XD

HELLO from China!

YES I AM CURRENTLY IN CHINA. Shanghai, to be precise.

So sorry to anyone who still visits this long-neglected site. I was previously caught up with school exams and right after that was preparation for the trip here. That was why I didn't really update, AND! Internet previously at Xiamen wasn't that good, so I decide to leave everything till I have better connection. And TADA! The internet here at Shanghai University's dorm is awesome. I am also slowly uploading the truckloads of pictures taken onto Facebook - something that was quite impossible back at Xiamen 'cause I kept getting disconnected. ^^

And I suddenly got the drive to come back here 'cause it's 10.10.10! Alright, actually I don't really see the significance of this day at first (to most it will be because it's only gonna occur once in their entire lifetime?). But, I am here today to proudly declare that:

I HAVE OFFICIALLY SURVIVED 7 DAYS IN SHANGHAI! PLUS 2 WEEKS IN XIAMEN PREVIOUSLY. ^^

Also, maybe it will also be kinda nice to say hello after being MIA for such a long time, and find back the motivation to blog on this day. I haven't lost the passion to blog, I am just not motivated enough! After such a long hiatus, guess it's really time to get back to what I used to do and love to do. :D

2 more weeks to go and it's home sweet home! Wonder why I'm here for so long? It's actually my course's immersion trip hahaha. Even if it's for holiday, I won't be staying for more than a month! This place kinda turns most of us into angsty kids. Shall talk more about that next time!

I can't wait to go home seriously. I miss Singapore. I miss my family. I miss Hera. I miss all the SCOs! And I miss you too. Looking forward to the surprise you told me about. :) And we really need to catch up after I get back 'cause you'll be leaving for Japan a week after my return, LOL.

Alright, I needa get going. Gonna meet group mates for our awesome project man! Yea I'm feeling quite positive rifght now. It's a good thing 'cause it keeps me going in such an environment. Till then peeps! XD

Step Up 3D Premiere!

Thanks to Omy once again, I got the opportunity to catch Step Up 3D before it officially goes onscreen on 19 August! This time the lucky guest is....

GERALD!

I brought him along since this awesome movie is at the top of his must-watch list! Free tickets came at the right moment and for the right show! ^^

About STEP UP 3D

The hip-hop fairytale that first captivated audiences in 2006 continues as STEP UP 3D, the third installment of the hit film franchise from Touchstone Pictures and Summit Entertainment ups the ante as the first dance drama ever to be shot in and released in 3D.

I was totally awed by Step Up 3D! It is definitely a great showcase of dance talents, featuring various dance styles and influences such as African, Ballet, B Boy, Bollywood, Breaking, Capoeira, Hip Hop, Locking, Popping, Tango, Tap and Parkour. Not to mention, the dances were accompanied by wonderful soundtracks that make you wanna jump up from your seat and move with the groove! Some of my favourites include: Already Taken by Trey Songz, No Te Quiero by Sophia Del Carmen, Club Can't Handle Me by Flo Rida, This Girl by Laza Morgan, My Own Step by T-Pain and Irresistable by Wisin Y Yandel. =D

YES, this is a movie that's all about dance, with people dancing throughout the show. But this is exactly what dance lovers, dancer or audience, are expecting! Be prepared to be wowed by the fantamazing (even fantastic and amazing combined could not describe it well enough!) dance moves. I heard people commenting about the 'sick' moves after watching the trailer. EXACTLY! Sick is just the the word. You would not believe your eyes as the dancers stun you with all their master techniques. It's almost right before your eyes in 3D! This is why you just have to catch Step Up 3D!

Of course, the dances aside, there is a story to every movie. Step Up 3D is no exception. Luke, who is like the leader of House of Pirates, was enchanted by Natalie, a mysterious street dancer. He soon got to know her and both of them even shared intimate moments together. Little did he know that Natalie has a secret that could threaten their relationship and the chances of House of Pirates to win the World Jam Championship. I shan't be a spoiler and YOU SHALL WATCH STEP UP 3D AND FIND OUT YOURSELF. :D

Overall, I will rate Step Up 3D 4.5 stars for its awesomeness! I was completely captivated by the dancers and I don't mind watching it again! However, I feel that the 3D effect isn't that prominent as compared to other 3D shows that I have been to. But other than this very very minor downside, Step Up 3D is a must-watch-by-hook-or-by-crook!! For those who have caught the previous 2 series of Step Up, all the more you should definitely not miss this! YOU WILL LOVE IT.
